We are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance directly. This allows us to focus entirely on your care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.

Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments.

While we are out-of-network with all insurance providers, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
